Domestic Shipping
We strive to bring you the best quality and fastest shipping possible.
As you know, each handbag is crafted “one at a time, by a person, by hand.” With this in consideration please allow 1-2 weeks for production plus shipping time. Need your handbag sooner? Simply contact us for rush information.
Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and will arrive to you in 2-3 business days after production is complete.
For custom bridal orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Rush arrangements can be made by contacting us.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All international orders shipped Priority Mail will be received in 1-2 weeks. First Class International shipping varies from 1 week to 8 weeks.
****Attention international customers: {AO3} Designs is not responsible for your own country’s tariffs, taxes, import fees, customs fees, etc. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. The cost of shipping is shipping only.*****
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages
Taxes
Minnesota residence will automatically be charged a 6.90% sales tax.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Item must be in the same condition as sent out for a refund.
*** We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Exchange
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
